Vision

CEF's vision is to see improvements in China's educational system and society as a result of collaboration and constructive inputs from the rest of world.  We believe positive educational development is a cornerstone to shape China's future generations as productive leading contributors to the global community.  This collaborative engagement between China and the rest of the world is necessary to see results.

Why does CEF have this mission?

China faces challenges in areas of education.  For instance, while 31% of American students have the opportunity to attend college, most Chinese students will never have a chance at higher education.  Many students even drop out of primary school, especially in rural areas, due to poverty and a lack of resources in schools.  Many Chinese schools still approach education from a traditional mindset which sometimes hinder educational progress.
