Higher education  includes college, university, vocational and professional types of education.  Programs include the US-China Student Exchange Program, Minorities Nationalities Programs, US-China Teaching Program and Character Education programs in China.

US-China Students Exchange Program

China Education Foundation will offer student exchange programs between China and other countries, such as the United States.  These programs will involve a one-to-one exchange of a set of students.  

Minority nationalities programs

China Education Foundation is keenly aware of educational development needs of minority nationalities in China.  Various training and awareness programs will be developed to promote educational opportunities for minorities groups.

US-China Teaching Exchange Program

China Education Foundation's (CEF) US-China Teaching Exchange Program provides teachers, instructors and scholars of many fields to travel between China and the United States in order to enhance research and offer different perspectives in their respective areas.

This program will also promote the exchange of Chinese language teachers and English teachers between China and other countries to exchange ideas and  resources.

Character Education in China

China Education Foundation will sponsor character education programs in China with the aim to foster the realization that character counts in actualization of a prosperous society.
